Immersa Global makes all necessary arrangements upon confirmation so all services, if not otherwise stated, are required to be pre-paid by PayPal or wire transfer.
Tour and Transfer Cancellation Policy
Please refer to your individual contract for specific information.
The cancelation policy generally works as follows:
Upon confirmation, Immersa Global requires a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance must be paid by 30 days before the first tour/transfers with Immersa Global with the following cancellation policy:
- If cancelled up to 30 days (30th day included) from the first tour/transfer with Immersa Global: 75% Refund
- If cancelled 30 days or less from the first tour/transfer with Immersa Global: No applicable refund, the whole amount will be charged as penalty
Exception to the above conditions will be considered case by case to better assist you. We understand that cancellations and changes may occur. Immersa Global is fully committed to deliver the best service and we will make every effort to assist you.
Please keep in mind that once you have pre-paid and reserved your itinerary, we immediately make all the necessary arrangements and purchases to give you the best possible travel experiences. Please note that to modify this service at a later date, might affect the quality of your program and might entail an extra cost.
Cancellations might be necessary due to natural events or unfavourable weather conditions. Immersa Global will follow local authority instructions for your safety and the safety of its personnel. We consult the Port authority for all boat excursions and the local Law enforcement for all land services. We guarantee that will try to re-book any cancelled excursion for a better day, according to your schedule and the last minute availability. If re-scheduling is not possible, Immersa Global will refund the cost of the activity. Refundable cancellations cannot be made if local authorities consider conditions to be safe.
For transfers, Immersa Global expects each passenger to have 1 checked-in bag and 1 carry-on bag. If you are expecting more luggage during your travel, please inform us as soon as possible, so we can quote the most appropriate vehicle to accommodate your party.
Please note that Immersa Global cannot be held responsible for changes caused by the following conditions:
- Flight, train, ferry, cruise ship or any other public transportation, delays or cancellations
- Luggage loss
- Strikes of public transportation personnel
We plan maximum 1 hour after scheduled arrival time. Should time exceed, extra fees may be applied. To better assist you, we will again consider the situation case by case.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Immersa Global will refer to the specific Cancellation Policy of each Hotel, that will be advised at the time of booking.
Approximately 2-3 weeks before your arrival our customer care team will send over a final document with a summary of all the activities confirmed and the necessary details for your stay.
Please note that, in case of unforeseen reasons, we are unable to deliver a specific activity, we will do our best to reschedule it at the most convenient time, according to your travel plans. In case we are not able to reschedule, a full refund will be provided.
We encourage all clients, while traveling to apply for Travel Insurance. This will allow you travel with peace of mind. Travel Insurance can reimburse you for non-refundable air and land costs, if you have to cancel a trip due to personal or family illness or accident.
Immersa Global is not responsible for any personal items left unattended during tours.
Immersa Global reserves the right to use and publish any picture or video taken during a tour on the Immersa Global website or social media channels
